Atychiphobia, Katsaridaphobia, Podophobia, Gephyrophobia, and Aichmophobia (as of last November)

Everyone has fears, whether rational or irrational. These are just a few of mine (have fun figuring those out!) but the one that consumes me is Kakorrhaphiophobia, or fear of failure. Fears can paralyze us from moving forward, from reaching our true potential. Looking back I can say without a doubt I have let fear keep me from from doing something I needed or wanted to do. I let it hold me back, but for what reason? Fear of failure. Fear of rejection. The only person who loses in that game is me. Take chances. Do big things. Everyone fails. It’s the ones who pick themselves up and dust themselves off that keep moving forward. I think it’s about time I do the same.
