Back to work in the freezing cold! I live in the south for a reason, and that is certainly not for it to be 18 degrees outside!
(Still not sure what is going on with my camera, everything is looking blurry!!)

Workin’ It Out: Just some stretching…did 5 miles yesterday and had a terrible episode of leg cramps in the middle of the night.
