I thought I would do something fun and have a top ten list every week, hope you enjoy!
PinQue’s Top Ten Favorite TV Shows (in no particular order)
1. The Hills
Who can resist all the drama between those girls in the Hollywood Hills, right? I got addicted to this show when I was on my honeymoon in Cali back in 2006. Jeez, who watches tv on their honeymoon?! I started watching because I saw that it had Lauren from Laguna Beach and was filmed all over Cali where we were traveling. Then started the maddening obsession and now I am addicted. Although seemingly more scripted each season, I enjoy the glamour that is The Hills. If only Hollywood were really as glamourous as it looks on tv!
2. The City
Another spinoff of The Hills, although this one is not as much of an indulgence. I like Whitney and I like fashion, but she can be rather boring. You’re on tv girl, make some drama! Yet I still keep coming back every week, probably just to see what that crazy bia Olivia will do next.
3. Real Housewives, the OC version
The drama, the catfights, the frivilous spending of large quantities of money…I just can’t get enough. Been watching this one from the beginning, but skipping the boring NY and ATL seasons in between. Nobody can live up to those crazy OC ladies!
4. Privileged
Has anyone else been watching this one? It is a good, wholesome show…albeit sometimes corny…and even the hubby likes it (although he would probably never admit that!). I think it came out around the same time as 90210, but is way better scripted and I just love the fashion. Probably because a lot of the wardrobe seems to be from J. Crew
5. How I Met Your Mother
Last fall when the hubby was away for work on the weekends a lot, I rented HIMYM from Netflix and watched like 4 seasons in the matter of a week or two. This is such a funny show and is reminiscent of Friends, an old fave of mine. I also have an affinity for Alyson Hannigan since I have been told since I was 17 that I look just like her.
6. Gossip Girl
Should I even admit that I watch this? Isn’t is for high school girls? Shhhhh, just don’t tell anyone. I think I am just reliving my youth…and wishing I was that fashionable in high school!
7. Lipstick Jungle
This is such a great show based on a book by SATC author Candace Bushnell. Great storylines, amazing cast (Brooke Shields, Lindsay Price), beautiful fashion, and some hot boys to top it all off! If you haven’t seen it, check out the online episodes at www.abc.com or download them on Itunes, you won’t regret it.
8. What Not To Wear
What fashionista doesn’t love What Not to Wear? Seriously, if I could have any job in the world, I would want to host this show. I love fashion and helping people and what better to do than give people makeovers and make them feel good about themselves. Plus, some of my friends say I can be brutally honest, just like Stacey (sorry, I just tell it like it is). Anywho, I love watching the transformation in these ladies over the course of the show and seeing how they turn out in the end. And of course I get jealous of that $5000 shopping spree…almost makes me want a make-under!
9. Samantha Who
A lighthearted comedy starring Christina Applegate, this comedy will make you laugh your Monday blues away.
10. Worst Week
A hilarious comedy about the virtues of being married and having a baby…and getting along with your in-laws! This show is a real laugh-er and I assure you it will make you laugh your bootay off!

Gossip girl- You were very fashionable in high school, never wore the same outfit twice! And I had the credit card bills to prove it!
Yes, you definitely have to watch The Office, it really is phenomenal. I think, in accordance with what I think appears to be your taste, you might like the show Kath and Kim. It is so hilarious. It comes on NBC on thursday at eight thirty at night.
A lot of great shows there! I’m surprised I like Privileged as much as I do, though…so good!
Yeah, we started watching the Office, but are WAY behind. Haven’t gotten really into it yet, but I probably will
