StyleDiary: Style Night Out
It turns out my Queen City friends have been keeping a major secret from me. What is this secret you might ask? The Marshalls store located in Cotswold Shopping Center. As one of the oldest shopping centers in Charlotte, this isn’t exactly the place you would expect to find amazing designer deals, but tucked neatly between Hallmark and Ulta is this mecca of designer fashion that Charlotte women have been keeping secret from their fellow female shoppers for years.
I headed over one Tuesday afternoon during my lunch break, not expecting to find every other Charlotte business woman perusing the racks, with their arms already loaded with stacks of hangers full of designer clothing. We are talking Coach boots, Dooney and Burke bags, DVF shoes, 7 for All Mankind jeans and so much more. Having not been a frequent Marshalls shopper prior to my visit, I am convinced that this will now become my second home, especially on Friday’s since Thursday night is apparently when they get their big shipments in each week. The only mistake I made was trying to fit this shopping trip in on my hour long lunch break. Sorry ladies, I guess the secret is out. Lucky for you, Marshalls has offered to give away a $100 gift card to one PinQue Blog reader so you can check out the designer deals for yourself (Enter via Rafflecopter below!).
Marshalls also challenged me to find a head-to-toe look for under $100 and it just so happened I needed something sassy to wear to Charlotte’s annual Style Night Out last week. Not only did I find an amazing pair of edgy, spiked Sam Edelman heels for $69 and a gorgeous blue dress with a gathered detail for $30, but I also scored a pair of printed Rich and Skinny denim for under $50, an orange blouse for $17 and some sexy Nine West snakeskin stilettos for $40. I also spied an absolutely amazing pair of suede DVF booties for under $100, but I had to show some major restraint. And my lunch break was over. Don’t worry Marshalls, I will be back soon.

Cotswold Marshall's is THE BEST. My mom discovered it sometime last summer and we make a joint trip at least once/mth. She's an old school Marshall's & TJ Maxx fan so she knows how to find the good ones.
Beautiful dress!!! And I love Marshalls too, but where is the Rafflecopter so I can enter to win??? I cant find it.
