A note on Forever 21:
While it may look like I shop there all the time, I actually only shop there like 4 times a year! I despise going in the store because I can’t deal with the crowds of people and chaotic mess of shelves so forever21.com is my friend. I usually place an order once a season for several items if I see things that I feel like I can’t live without. And this dress was one of those from last summer
