Yup, I will be watching (even though is gets more fake and seemingly scripted each season):
Anyone else out there obsessed with The Hills?
One of the big styles for spring ’09 is florals, so here are a few of my favorite picks:
@Old Navy
This would be really cute with some metallic wedges and a bright, belted cardigan.
Pair this ruffled dress with some jeweled thong sandals and a white bag for a light, summery look.
Would love to see this cinch dress with a long, violet cardigan and gold jewelry.
These floral tops with be great paired with white linen pants, or even those white jeans and some cute boots!
This floral cardigan can be dressed up for work with an A-Line skirt, or some dark skinny jeans and sandals for a weekend casz look.
@J. Crew
These dresses would be perfect for all those spring and summer weddings I have, and could be paired with a lightweight cardigan for a work appropriate style.
@Forever21
@Anthropologie
Hope you find some cute floral styles for your winter into spring look!
I woke up yesterday not feeling well, and it just got progressively worse throughout the day (actually I stayed home from work today). Obviously, I wasn’t feeling much like being creative so this is what I threw together yesterday for work:

Throwin' It Together
What:
Argyle Cardigan: F21
Striped, Ruffled Blouse: Express
Skinny Cords: J. Crew
Shoes (which didn’t get photographed well): J. Crew
Gold Earrings: Luna (a boutique in Charleston, SC)
Gold Layered Necklace: F21
Why:
Feeling sick, but still had to go to work and try to be productive.
Ok, so I have purchased things from E-bay in the past, but mostly just textbooks to save some moolah. I have now realized there is an entire world of vintage clothing, and discounted name brand clothing that I can get my hands on for much lower than I could ever get in the stores. Who knew there was so much on E-bay? Well maybe you did, but I sure did not!
So first thing, I decided to search for some boots. I have been wanting a pair of J. Crew or Banana Republic boots for quite some time now, but I can never justify spending upwards of $300 on them. By the time they go on sale at the end of the season, my size (a popular 7) is long gone. Well, I took a chance and bid on a pair of black Banana Republic boots, and low and behold they are now mine for less than $50:

I also picked up a scarf, J. Crew bracelet and J. Crew metallic ballet flats as well. As much as I love clothes and accessories, this could be dangerous. Although, I suppose it is better than paying full price in the stores! Do you gals purchase items off E-bay to try to save some dough in these crazy economic times?
